The PS/84 is a strapping press developed to create fully automatic wrapping and packaging lines.

The machine carries out the vertical strapping of goods on pallets of variable heights, thanks to the strapping head that is automatically positioned on top of the pallet, by means of a device that at the same time controls the strapping cycle at the same time.

Specially designed for strapping cardboard or boxes, the PS/84 features a pressing platen with adjustable pressure control which can be set according to the type of load.

The tensioning action is carried out by a special dynamometric device which makes sure that any residual elasticity in the strap is fully exploited.

If the load needs to be pressed and fix to the wooden pallet, the PS/84 press can be equipped with a special spear.
By passing through the bottom of the pallet.

In order to apply two parallel straps at the centerline of each pallet, this model is equipped with two strapping heads that allow the complete strapping cycle to be carried out in shortest cycle time.

The double heades model can also be fitted with special spears to fix the load to the wooden pallet.

MODEL PS/84-2TL + M.C.

This is a device that put cardboard protection on products before the strapping cycle.
This prevents the product to be strapped.
This prevents the damage caused during the strapping cycle.

The above device is only for the top (for protecting the top of the pallet) or for the top and the bottom (for protecting both the top and bottom ends of the pallet).
As well as protecting the product, this also guarantees lengthwise support thanks to the wrapping effect of the cardboard.
