The machine carries out the vertical strapping of goods on pallets of variable heights, thanks to the strapping head that is automatically positioned on the top of the pallet, by means of a device that also controls the  strapping cycle at the same time.

The tensioning action is carried out by a special dynamometric device which makes sure that any residual elasticity in the strap is fully exploited.

If "palletized" loads need to be strapped, the VR/4-2TL can be equipped with a special telescopic gripper.
By passing through the bottom of the pallet, the gripper allows the "strapping ring" to be closed and the load to be secured to the pallet.

In order to apply two parallel straps at the centerline of each pallet, this model is equipped with two strapping heads that allow the complete operation to be carried out in shortest cycle time.
