The machine carries out the vertical strapping of goods on pallets of variable heights, thanks to the strapping head that is automatically positioned on the top of the pallet, by means of a device that also controls the  strapping cycle at the same time.

The tensioning action is carried out by a special dynamometric device which makes sure that any residual elasticity in the strap is fully exploited.

If "palletized" loads need to be strapped, the VR/4-INDEX can be equipped with a special telescopic gripper.
By passing through the bottom of the pallet, the gripper allows the "strapping ring" to be closed and the load to be secured to the pallet.

In order to apply several parallel straps to a stationary pallet, this model is equipped with an independent motorised device that moves the machine sideways along the pallet conveyor.
